This condo is a beautiful loft condo right on Deerfield golf course overlooking the golf course and gorgeous pool. Two minutes from the beach access. All unit have a washer and dryer. Just bring your clothes and you are set.
The beach condo is a loft and can have 2 adults and 1 child only and no pets in that one. The surfside condo is on the top floor and very quiet. Mostly year round people. All units have a curfew of 10:30pm as far a noise goes. All of the residents have great respect for others and no loud parties are permitted.
